We will begin the shipping process as soon as your order is finalized.

Please understand that our products are handmade.

We understand when purchasing online that it can be an issue to receive gifts on time for a special occasion.

please know that we will do our absolute best to help you get your items in time.

If your purchase is in stock: we will ship it within 1 business day.

If it's not in stock: it will need to be made, so please allow up to 7 days. We will of course be in contact asap after we have received your order to let you know the time frame.

If you need to know if an item is in stock prior to ordering: just send us a message to confirm the availability.

If your order is a commission please allow 10 - 15 working days depending on the size. We will be in contact with you personally and you will be kept up to date with progress reports.

We use Australia Post and most items will be a flat rate of $12.50. Tracking is included

Express Post can be arranged and is usually a couple of dollars extra.

We sell at craft markets most weekends and are happy for you to pick your orders up from us free of charge.

We're happy for you to contact us to arrange a pickup or a meet-up to collect your goods at a location that suits us both.

 

 

International orders: We use Australia post. Your country may charge duties or taxes on your order, we are not responsible for those fees which are payable by you.
